After ten years as an engineer, I have spent the past three years transitioning into a full-time weightlifting and fitness professional. I run the local chapter of the Iron Athlete Weightlifting Club at East Valley CrossFit, and have helped many lifters qualify for multiple national meets (Youth, Juniors, University, American Open, and Senior Nationals). I have focused on rounding out my expertise in weightlifting by becoming a Fascial Stretch Specialist as well as an instructor for the Stretch to Win Institute. With this knowledge, I have been able to help athletes and clients minimize injuries through better movement and flexibility. Further, I have taken on a role as a Nutrition Coach with Strong U Fitness to help those looking to improve their performance by optimizing nutrition.
