The sled is a versatile and powerful tool used to develop conditioning, speed, strength, and may even be used as a means of active recovery.

Workouts in this class can have different purposes depending on the desired outcome and can be done (with or without modification) by most fitness levels. The sled can be pushed or pulled, done with a priority on load or speed. Other body weight movements such as running, jogging, walking, burpees, air squats and more may also be incorporated into sled workouts.
