If you’re focusing on building strength then you need to also include flexibility, with yoga, you develop both. Being strong, yet inflexible, creates a higher risk of injury. This is why we offer yoga to all of our members. It is important, no matter what your goals are, that you maintain your flexibility and keep your body moving properly
